This is to inform you that Caye Caulker Properties For Sale has decided to close its doors. As you may be aware we have been looking for a new owner or manager for some time now, no one suitable was found.

We went on holidays and during our time away we decided NOT to return to Caye Caulker. There are many factors that have contributed to this decision. After living there for five years, the place is not what it used to be...
